By downloading or playing Eclipse Relics ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
The Game is intended for players aged 18 and over. By playing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game for your own private entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, cheat, use unauthorised third-party software, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
The Game creates a guest account automatically. You may optionally add an email address and password for account recovery. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping any recovery credentials secure. You may delete your account and all associated progress at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the Game.
The Game includes virtual currencies and items (gems, gold, gear, heroes, relics, Battle Pass, etc.). These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed to you – not owned by you – for use within the Game only. We may modify, balance, or discontinue virtual items where permitted by law.
Some virtual items provide random rewards. The Game displays the possible contents, quantities, and applicable probabilities before you spend paid or premium virtual currency on such a reward.
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple; we never receive or store your payment-card details. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or by the applicable store's refund policy. Refund requests are handled by Google Play or Apple.
The Game includes chat and other social features. You are solely responsible for the content you send. You agree not to post or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, defamatory, spam, or that infringes others' rights, and not to impersonate others or share personal information.
We may monitor, moderate, filter, or remove chat content, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. You can report abusive messages and block other players from inside the Game's chat, and you can report abuse to darthluvjoy@hotmail.com.
By sending chat messages or other content through the Game, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and transmit that content for the purpose of operating and moderating the Game.
All Game content – artwork, characters, code, audio, and trademarks – is owned by Klaam Games or its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you no ownership of the Game or its content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you breach these Terms or misuse the Game. You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting your account.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klaam Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your mandatory consumer rights.
We may update the Game and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and communicated where required. Continued play after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without depriving you of any mandatory consumer protection that applies in your country of residence.
